Case Review is responsible for processing inquiries and sending medical documents in the event of an audit and works together with the doctors responsible for DRGs at all clinics and the medical controllers.
The invoice audit by the Medical Service in accordance with §275 SGB V generally takes place on site. Private health insurance companies require a valid declaration of confidentiality from the patient in advance.
