Together with renowned vaccine developers, we at the Tropical Institute of the LMU Munich have been researching and working on new developments and improvements to vaccines for over 20 years.
In our yellow fever vaccine study, we are testing a novel yellow fever vaccine (Phase II) against the conventional yellow fever vaccine.
Recruitment of volunteers for the ongoing yellow fever vaccine study has been completed since April 2022, so unfortunately we are unable to accept any further interested parties for this study. Many thanks to all participants!
The study in brief
- Study start: since September 2021
- Study objective: a novel yellow fever vaccine (phase II) will be tested against the conventional yellow fever vaccine
- Study schedule: a total of 10 study dates in 5 years
- You will receive an appropriate expense allowance for participating in the study
Participation requirements
- Age 18 and over
- good state of health
- no existing or currently planned pregnancy
- not yet vaccinated against yellow fever or TBE
