Rayan Korri is a researcher in the field of development studies with a focus on global health and forced migration. She recently finalized her Ph.D. in Medical Research at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich with the topic of: “Sexual and Reproductive Health of Adolescent Refugee Girls and Young Women in Lebanon”. During the last six years, Rayan also worked with various research institutions on projects that study the different perspectives of asylum seekers and refugees’ needs, challenges, and experiences in Germany and Lebanon. Health, education, employment, livelihoods, integration, and social cohesion were the main perspectives investigated.
