Wolfgang Engels
After studying business administration, Mr. Engels worked for over 35 years in finance and administration in various management positions in the international high-tech industry. His main areas of responsibility included finance and accounting, planning and corporate strategy, production and sales controlling, and cash and risk management. He is an honorary member of Aktivsenioren Bayern e.V. with a focus on business start-ups and survival and works as an independent management consultant for small, medium-sized and start-up companies in the IT and high-tech industry. He is married, has a son (dentist) and a daughter (assistant doctor in dermatology).
Manfred Metzger-Buschor
Mr. Metzger-Buschor holds a degree in industrial engineering and has worked in the IT sector since 1978. He has held various management and executive positions at German and international companies in hardware and software technology as well as in the service sector. He also works as an investor and coach for international software start-up companies. He lives in Munich, is married and has two daughters.

Thomas Agardi
Mr. Agardi is an independent financial advisor for Deutsche Apotheker- u. Ärztebank and Deutsche Ärzteversicherung AG and thus specializes in the challenges, wishes and concerns of members of the academic medical professions - for example, when it comes to setting up their own practice. Stephan Haniffa
Mr. Haniffa studied business administration with a focus on business informatics, logistics and communication in Nuremberg. He has been working for the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians in Bavaria for more than 12 years, for several years as team leader of the presence consultants for Munich and Upper Bavaria. As part of the course, he will advise you on all issues relating to the scope for structuring your work as a panel doctor and the income from the care of SHI patients. Together, you will look for the best ways to implement your desired constellations and practice concepts within the framework of the legal requirements.

Richarda Hinz
Ms. Hinz has been a self-employed tax consultant in Munich since 1999, specializing in the liberal professions and business start-ups, having previously worked in the consumer electronics, insurance and chemicals industries. She studied economics in Cologne, graduated with a degree in economics, grew up on the Rhine and Ruhr, is married and has a daughter.

Robin Lück
Mr. Lück is an independent financial consultant for Deutsche Apotheker- u. Ärztebank and Deutsche Ärzteversicherung AG and has many years of experience in providing holistic support to all academic health professionals. This includes comprehensive advice for start-ups in the context of branch planning, the preparation of business plans as well as business and financial advice for practices. He holds a degree in banking management and is your expert for the topics of financing, business administration and management in the seminar.
Dr. iur. Andreas Staufer
Dr. Staufer is a specialist lawyer for medical law. One of his main areas of expertise is setting up a medical practice with all its legal facets. He is the author of an article on the purchase and sale of medical practices in a handbook on medical law and regularly lectures on this topic. Dr. Staufer himself comes from a family of doctors. PD Dr. med. Sven Waßmann
After studying human medicine in Göttingen, he trained as a specialist in internal medicine and cardiology at the University Hospitals of Cologne and Homburg/Saar, where he also habilitated and was appointed private lecturer in internal medicine. This was followed by a position as senior physician at the Clinic for Cardiology and Head of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at Bonn University Hospital, then as Associate Professor at Canada's McGill University in Montréal, specializing in vascular research and interventional cardiology. From 2010 until moving into private practice, Chief Physician of the Clinic for Cardiology at the Isar Heart Center of the Isar Clinics in Munich and Adjunct Associate Professor at McGill University. Since October 2016, he has been working as an internist and cardiologist in private practice with cardiac catheterization at the Herzpraxis Pasing in Munich.
