- 3d print material (PLA/PET)
- plastic- or superglue
- glueable hook and loop fastener or magnets, depending on pelvi system
- silicone hardness shore 00-30
- silicone color
- mixing container and mixing sticks
- if any canula and syringe
instruction
- print the STL files in original size
- mix silicone and color as specified by the manufacturer
- cast the silicone in the mold (if needed with a syringe)
- only a few ml's silicone are need, if you let a small layer above the mold you can pull out all at once and cut the shells of the layer
- to get the silicone in the realy small slot you can use a 20gauge canula and/or vibration
- glue the hook and loop/magnets in the middle at the bases downside
hint:
- if you make other silicone models, keep this mold in range for leftovers
