PREMA study

The project for patients with depression and anxiety disorders "eHealth-supported case management for mentally ill patients in primary care" (coordination by Dr Anne Moschner, TK Hamburg), funded by the Innovation Fund, is investigating a case management programme in Hesse that is carried out by a team of GPs and medical assistants (MFAs) with the patient with the help of e-health tools.
