Neue Publikation von Öcal et al.

Öcal et al. show that SIRT induces local immune effects in untreated microsatellite stable CRC liver metastases and systemic exhaustion of immune cells in non-responders. Synergism of SIRT and checkpoint inhibition warrant further investigation.
